Simply put, in my words, the hand scan is totally non-invasive, takes less that two minutes, and gauges your antioxidant level which is largely dependent on:
- what you eat: enough fruits and veggies?
- lifestyle: are you active?
- stress level
- health: weight/BMI, adequate sleep
High antioxidant levels prevent free radicals and their damage which correlates to immune system resistance to disease, an overall sense of well-being, and increased cell functioning by increasing mitochondrial firings.
